To broaden their perspectives, students are encouraged to step beyond their home state and intern with leading organizations that offer a rich and diverse learning experience. Faculty members play an active role in this journey, visiting organizations midway through the internship to assess progress, interact with mentors, and provide guidance, ensuring students derive the maximum value from their experience.

Recognizing the potential of our students, many esteemed organizations conduct on-campus recruitment to select first-year students for internship roles during the May- June period, with a strong intent to offer full-time positions upon course completion. To ensure a smooth transition, students undergo intensive training and orientation sessions led by faculty and industry experts, equipping them with the knowledge and professional acumen needed to excel in their roles.
