Dr. Jessy John is a post graduate in Management and Social Work and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. She was a Rank holder during her Post Graduation and a gold medalist in the area of community development. She has been teaching Research Methodology and Human Resource Management at postgraduate and undergraduate level for the last 20 years. Dr. Jessy has received Junior Research fellowships from UGC. She has obtained International Certifications in Financial Market, Research Methods and Brand Management.
Dr. Jessy is an inquisitive and a profound researcher, with a firm belief in creative and innovative thinking. She has developed expertise in the areas of life skills development, soft skills, Human resource management, employee engagement, HR Audit and has keen interest in HR Analytics. She was instrumental in achieving 100% placement during her tenure as Director of Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur by focusing of students skill development through various engagement programmes. She is an expert in the area of Accreditation; Outcome based education and organisational development. She has written several research papers that are cited by various researchers across the globe. She believes in updating the curriculum every year according to the changing corporate expectations hence enhancing student's employability.
