A firm believer of continuous learning, Dr. DURDANA OVAIS likes excelling and achieving targets, leading people to perform well and resonate organizational growth. With degrees in Ph.D (2018), MBA (HRM) 2007 and B.Com - Management (HONOURS) 2005,she has 7.4 years of teaching experience in top institutes of Bhopal (Oriental College of Management, CRIM, MANIT) and Pune (AIMS). Economics, HRM and General Management subjects are her core interest areas. Added to her credentials are 27 research papers in international journals (5 Scopus) and 8 national journals. To her credit are three best papers awards (two International and One National), Three Books – Strategic Human Resource Management (2014) HR AUDIT (2017) & SIMPLONOMICS (2020) and Three Chapters.
