Industry project is a part of course curriculum and it provides an opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge that the student has acquired to the resolution of a business problem. The project can be organisation-based, desk research based or entrepreneurial in nature depending upon the student's aims and interest in it. It gives an opportunity to work on a live management issue and to forge and develop links with employers and industry and a preeminent experience for budding managers.

The student based on his/her interest shall select a topic related to any of the aspects of Electives opted to carry out the project in industry of his/her choice. The student shall spend industry project period in the industry and is expected to analyze the data and information so collected. This information is to be presented in the form of a professional business report which is to be submitted to the industry where the project had been carried out.
