BSSS IAS, in tandem with the New Education Policy of the Government of India, is proactive in offering certification programs to enhance students’ industry readiness. One flagship initiative is the Management Aptitude Development Programme (MADP), which equips final-year undergraduates with essential skills and mindsets to succeed in their careers.

We offer a 2-hours offline interactive session on the topic “Connecting Career Dots” to provide students with strategic guidance for building clear, actionable career plans and aligning their skills with market opportunities. The tailored sessions are led by seasoned professionals, aimed at enhancing communication skills, fostering creative thinking, and building decision-making and time management capabilities among aspiring and emerging managers.
